The author keeps copyright and ownership of the story. Submission or publication on LANG does not transfer ownership to Vạn Sắc.
On publication, the author grants a non-exclusive licence only as needed to store, display, format, create thumbnails, show safe excerpts, and promote the work through Vạn Sắc channels.
The work may appear elsewhere unless a separate agreement is later accepted by both sides.
The licence excludes AI training, translation, film, animation, audio, games, merchandise, adaptation, and commercial exploitation. Each requires a separate agreement.
Authors may unpublish, archive, export, and request deletion. Meaningful editorial changes must be agreed before they are applied.
Voluntary submissions carry no default fee. If Vạn Sắc commissions a work, scope, payment, and rights must be agreed separately before work begins.
AI involvement and relevant content warnings must be disclosed honestly so editors and readers have sufficient context.
