Only information you actively choose to send. Hộp Trống may receive an optional display name, a piece of writing, its chosen private/public-eligible destination, content note, and broad browse category. LANG may receive a pen name, manuscript, synopsis, warnings, and AI disclosure. A one-way technical fingerprint limits submission spam.
To respect the destination you chose, run safety and policy screening, and publish only when permission exists. We do not sell personal information or use submissions for advertising.
Private submissions are stored separately and never enter the public Box. Public-eligible submissions may publish automatically only when low risk; uncertain or high-risk items are held. Hộp Trống V1 has no private chat or promised human reply. A random submission code and secret token let the sender check status, make content private, or request deletion.
A published work shows its title, pen name, text, synopsis, format, status, warnings, and content/cover AI disclosures. Low-risk work publishes without editorial quality approval; flags go to a moderation queue. Each work records the Publishing Terms version accepted at publication and keeps a timestamped version trail.
An email address is not required for a LANG/FOLDA reading account. We store the username, password hash and salt, library choices, reading progress, preferences, questions, and notifications needed for the features you use. Passwords are never stored in readable form. LANG V1 has no comments or recommendation votes; authors receive only useful aggregate reading signals.
When you create a mROKAI order or quote request, we store the name, contact details, delivery details, product or source link, price breakdown, order status, and messages needed to quote, buy, deliver, and support that order. A random order code and secret token protect the customer view. Completed-order counts and verified reviews may be shown publicly; contact details, addresses, private messages, codes, and tokens are never public.
The Quick Report button sends the current page path, selected issue type, your description, limited browser information, and a one-way anti-spam fingerprint directly to the moderation queue. It does not require or collect an email address, and it does not store a raw IP address.
We count event type, page path, outbound domain, and time so we can understand what is useful. We never place names, emails, form fields, messages, or story content in analytics, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Submissions, reader features, moderation queues, order records, and small analytics counts live in the site's infrastructure. Hộp Trống private submissions receive a retention date, currently 180 days by default. Cleanup removes message content while keeping a minimal workflow and audit record. Order data remains available while the order is active and for the period reasonably needed for customer support and accounting; hosting may retain basic security logs.
Hộp Trống senders can use their submission code and secret token to manage a submission. Order customers use their order code and secret token to open the private order thread.
